Large Brest Plant Could Not Be Sold Even With 90% Discount

The auction for the sale of the Brest building materials plant, scheduled for February 28, will not take place again due to the lack of buyers. Moreover, as follows from the information on the website of Belrealizatsiya CJSC, the enterprise was offered at a 90% discount from the original cost, writes OL.

Back in September 2024, the starting price of the Brest KSM (and by the way, it is sold as a property complex) exceeded 39 million rubles, and in October — 21 million.

The enterprise itself has a “difficult fate”. Since 2015, it has been in bankruptcy proceedings. And before that, drainage pipes and ceramic bricks were produced there.

Currently, the minimum sale price is just over 11.7 million rubles for a total area of over 109 thousand square meters. But even this does not attract buyers. What the price of the property will be after the cancellation of the last auction is still unknown.
