A third attempt to sell the Tsapkala family's house, which is located in the Sliapianka microdistrict of Minsk, via the electronic auction “BelYurObespechenie” has been conducted. Another auction was scheduled for February 25, but as before, it didn’t happen — no one was willing to buy this property, writes Zerkalo.
The lot included a two-story building #7 with an area of almost 420 square meters on Tsiaplichnaya Street in Minsk (there is some furniture and interior items inside), as well as a land plot with buildings, it occupies 0.1411 hectares. Three people are registered in the house, including two minor children.
The starting price of the lot was at the level of 1,262,400 rubles.
This property has already been put up for auction twice, but there were no bidders. The first time, the starting price of the lot was 2,104,000 rubles, the second time — 1,683,200 rubles.
