Ukrainian Forces Destroy Large Enemy Armored Column Near Pokrovsk In Just Few Hours

On the Pokrovsk front, the Ukrainian forces repelled the assault of Russian occupation troops with armored vehicles. The Russians tried to break through the defense of the Ukrainian forces in the area of responsibility of the marines, but suffered losses.

The enemy equipment was destroyed by soldiers of the 37th Separate Marine Brigade. This was reported on the official Telegram channel of the operational-strategic group of forces Khortytsia, publishing a video.

As noted, the Ukrainian defenders destroyed ten units of armored vehicles from the enemy in a couple of hours.

"To break through and conduct assault operations, the enemy brought in 2 tanks, 2 infantry fighting vehicles and 6 armored combat vehicles. Thanks to the coordinated work of the units, the enemy equipment and the landing force were destroyed while still approaching the defensive fortifications. The occupiers' armored vehicles were blown up by minefields," the Khortytsia Joint Forces Group reported.

The destroyed armored vehicles of the Russian occupation forces and the remnants of the enemy landing force that had managed to land were finished off with artillery fire and FPV drones.

The Joint Forces Group added that the enemy offensive was repelled and our positions were not lost.

"Ukrainian defenders are holding the line, inflicting significant losses on the invaders in manpower and equipment. Measures are being taken to prevent the tactical situation from worsening," the military emphasized.
