Cameras above entrances and on the corners of houses are nothing new to big city dwellers. But if you only knew what these "eyes" sometimes record... We are not talking about traffic accidents or rubbish thrown in the wrong place, but about the real dramas and thrillers. A selection of exciting videos was shared with Onlíner by DVS Video, a company that equips multi-storey buildings with video surveillance systems. The organisation says that the cameras help to find the truth in controversial situations and even solve crimes. However, today we are not talking about that, but about strange things that happen near our entrances while we sleep.

This horror happened in the summer, in the middle of hot July. At half past three in the morning a man with a tire iron in his hands approached one of the entrances of the house in 56 Herasimenka Street. Why? To uproot the camera. He did it furiously. Maybe he was even laughing. In about a minute, the man managed to damage the camera and walked away satisfied.

And here's an April lifehack from a lover of other people's property. Obviously, this person was aware of the existence of CCTV cameras, so dressed in a mackintosh, usually worn by detectives, and covered the face with a large umbrella.

The man approached the house in 5 Asanaliyeu Street with a light, springy gait at midnight, opened the front door without difficulty and took away someone else's unbuckled electric scooter. All this without folding an umbrella. What can be said: it was a successful job, even though he hit himself on the leg with this heavy device at the end.
